Preparation
- In a large bowl, pour in the heavy cream, followed by the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, add the Funfetti cake mix and milk, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Assembly
- Grab a 9×13 inch dish and spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom.
- Lay down a single layer of Oreo cookies over the cream mixture.
- Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the Oreos.
- Repeat the layers until all the cookie and cream mixture are used, finishing with a final layer of cream on top.
- Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Consider using flavored Oreo cookies or mixing in crushed candy for added texture.
