No-Bake Cool Whip Candy

  • 225 g Marshmallow Fluff or 1 cup / 8 oz
  • 225 g Cool Whip or frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 cup / 8 oz)
  • 60 g Crushed candies like peppermint, mini chocolate chips, M&Ms, sprinkles, or crushed shortbread cookies (½ cup)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grab a nice big mixing bowl.
  2. Add the whole container of marshmallow fluff and the thawed Cool Whip to the bowl.
  3. Gently blend them together using a spatula until smooth. A hand mixer on the lowest speed can also be used briefly.
  4. Once smooth, fold in your crushed candies until evenly distributed.
  5. Line a small tray with parchment paper or use silicone molds. Spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
  6. Cover the tray or molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  7. Once firm, lift the mixture out using parchment paper and cut into small squares, or shape into 1-inch balls.
  8. Arrange the candies on a serving platter and keep them chilled until serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Consider experimenting with different crushed candies or adding vanilla extract for flavor.
