  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted Melted according to package instructions.
  • Red and green candy melts For an extra festive touch.
  • Holiday sprinkles For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a vibrant mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and velvety.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Beat until creamy.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until thick and doughy.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate and colored candy melts in separate bowls.
  2. Once chilled, dip each bite into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  3. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and drizzle more melted chocolate if desired.
  4. Return to fridge until set.
