Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thick.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Lay down a layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the vanilla filling over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining vanilla filling.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight if possible, until set.
Serving
- Slice into pieces and serve chilled, optionally garnished with chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
Notes
Store covered in the fridge for up to five days. Use chocolate graham crackers or add crushed nuts for a different texture. Chilling overnight enhances the flavor.
