Preparation
- Lay whole Biscoff biscuits flat on a lined tray or board, forming a single even layer.
- Spoon Biscoff spread into a piping bag and snip off the tip. Pipe a thick, even layer of Biscoff spread over the biscuits, or alternatively spread it directly.
- Place another Biscoff biscuit on top, gently pressing down to create a sandwich.
- Refrigerate or freeze to set the filling.
- Melt the dairy free white chocolate and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Biscoff spread together.
- Coat each Biscoff bar in the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on baking paper.
- Refrigerate to chill until set.
- Decorate by drizzling melted Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 20 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
Notes
For storage, keep in the fridge in an airtight container or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving so the center softens just enough without losing its charm.
