No Bake Biscoff Tim Tams

These No Bake Biscoff Tim Tams are simple, sticky sandwiches of Biscoff biscuits and spread, coated in dairy-free white chocolate, perfect for sharing and nostalgic moments.

Main Ingredients
  • 2 packets Biscoff biscuits
  • 1/2 jar Biscoff spread smooth
  • 300 g dairy free white chocolate, melted
  • Crushed Biscoff biscuits for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay whole Biscoff biscuits flat on a lined tray or board, forming a single even layer.
  2. Spoon Biscoff spread into a piping bag and snip off the tip. Pipe a thick, even layer of Biscoff spread over the biscuits, or alternatively spread it directly.
  3. Place another Biscoff biscuit on top, gently pressing down to create a sandwich.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze to set the filling.
  5. Melt the dairy free white chocolate and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Biscoff spread together.
  6. Coat each Biscoff bar in the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on baking paper.
  7. Refrigerate to chill until set.
  8. Decorate by drizzling melted Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  9. Refrigerate until fully set, about 20 minutes, then serve and enjoy.

Notes

For storage, keep in the fridge in an airtight container or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving so the center softens just enough without losing its charm.
