  1. Crush the vanilla wafers in a food processor or a zip-top bag until they achieve a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed wafers, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped pecans until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into two portions, shape them into logs about 2 inches thick, and wrap tightly in wax or parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
Serving
  1. Once firm, slice the logs into ¼-inch rounds and arrange on a serving tray.
