Shaping
- Sprinkle remaining chopped pecans on a clean work surface.
- Shape the mixture into a log and press pecans onto the surface.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

- Slice the log into circular pieces and serve on a dessert plate.
