  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with other cookie crumbs.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use good melting chocolate for better results.
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled on a colorful plate or in paper candy cups.
  2. Pair with coffee, bold black tea, or fizzy soda. Add a drizzle of dark rum or espresso for adults.
  3. Garnish with edible gold dust or crushed pistachios for presentation.

Notes

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. For longer life, freeze in a single layer on a tray, then transfer to a freezer bag.
