Preparation
- Break up the Oreos into chunky pieces in a bowl.
- Melt the white morsels according to the package instructions until smooth.
- Add mint extract and green food coloring to the melted chocolate, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in the crushed Oreos until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined pan, spreading it evenly.
- Freeze for 2 hours until solid.
- Remove from the freezer and break into irregular pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. For extra flavor, sprinkle crushed mint candies on top before freezing.
