Ingredients
  

For the log mixture
  • 3 35g bars Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars, crushed
  • 250 g arrowroot biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup Woolworths Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 395 g condensed milk
For coating
  • 0.5 cup desiccated coconut to coat the logs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars, desiccated coconut, and cocoa powder. Stir gently until well blended.
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in the condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Roll the mixture into three log shapes and shape them as desired.
  4. Roll each log in the extra desiccated coconut for a sweet coating and place on a tray.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  6. Once set, slice into half-centimeter pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can make in advance.
