- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars, desiccated coconut, and cocoa powder. Stir gently until well blended.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until the mixture thickens.
- Roll the mixture into three log shapes and shape them as desired.
- Roll each log in the extra desiccated coconut for a sweet coating and place on a tray.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Once set, slice into half-centimeter pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can make in advance.
