Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 20 oz mint Oreos Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 6 tbsp salted sweet cream butter Melted and cooled
For the cream cheese layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping Thawed
  • 1.5 tsp pure mint extract
  • 2-3 drops green food color gel For coloring the layer
For the chocolate pudding layer
  • 7.8 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
For the topping
  • 1 cup whipped topping Remaining for the top
  • remaining oz crushed mint Oreos For sprinkling on top

Method
 

Preparation of the Crust
  1. Crush 32 mint Oreos until fine and combine with the melted butter, mixing until rich.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a buttered 9x9 baking dish and refrigerate.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and mint extract.
  4. Stir in green food coloring until evenly combined and spread over the crust.
  5. Return to the refrigerator to set.
Chocolate Pudding Layer
  1. In a bowl, whisk together cold milk, 1 cup of whipped topping, and instant chocolate pudding mix until thick.
  2. Spread this chocolate layer over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Final Assembly
  1. Spread remaining whipped topping across the chocolate layer.
  2. Sprinkle with reserved crushed mint Oreos.
  3. Slice into 9 pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
