Ingredients
  

For the cookie cups
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the chocolate filling
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Heat until just simmering

Method
 

Preparation of Cookie Cups
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of mini muffin tins to create cookie cups.
  3. Refrigerate the cookie cups for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Chocolate Filling
  1. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until it is just simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled cookie cups and return to refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Before serving, top with your choice of sprinkles, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of sea salt.
  2. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
