Preparation of Cookie Cups
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of mini muffin tins to create cookie cups.
- Refrigerate the cookie cups for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Chocolate Filling
- Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until it is just simmering.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled cookie cups and return to refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
Serving
- Before serving, top with your choice of sprinkles, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover cookie cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Customize with different fillings and toppings.
