  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
  • 8–10 slices cheddar cheese or preferred cheese Thinly sliced for even melting
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, beef bacon, or chicken bacon (optional) Pre-cook until just crispy
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them.
  3. Lay cheese slices evenly on the bottom half.
  4. Add turkey bacon, beef bacon, or chicken bacon if using.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture across the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve hot and buttery with marinara or tomato soup for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
