Preparation of Crust
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until blended.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate.

- In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, coconut, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and chopped pecans until evenly mixed.
Fold in Cool Whip
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Pie
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries and extra pecans.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
Notes
Make sure to drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges well to avoid excess moisture in your pie. For added flavor, toast the pecans before chopping them.
