  • 1 package lobster ravioli Fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 medium lemon, zested
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use good-quality Parmesan for best flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes (optional) For a bit of heat

Method
 

Cooking the Ravioli
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions, about 3 to 4 minutes, until they float.
  3. Drain and set aside.
Making the Lemon Butter Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Finishing the Sauce
  1. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to slightly thicken.
  2. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Combining and Serving
  1. Gently add the cooked lobster ravioli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Plate the ravioli and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream to loosen the sauce.
