Ingredients
  

For the mousse
  • 2 or 3 pieces lemons Fresh lemons are recommended for the best flavor.
  • 500 ml heavy cream Whipped until soft peaks form.
  • 80 g sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 500 g yogurt Plain yogurt works best.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Squeeze the juice into a bowl, taking care to remove any seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.
  3. Combine lemon juice, zest, sugar, and yogurt in another bowl, mixing until smooth.
  4. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the lemon-yogurt mixture.
  5. Divide the mixture into serving dishes and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Serve in dessert cups or mason jars, garnished with lemon zest or mint. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
