- Spread the meringue gently over the pie.
Baking
- Bake the pie in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or a sprinkle of lemon zest for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for best taste within three days. The meringue may lose its fluff quickly.
