Method
 

Preparation of Bread
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, and eggs. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds until it rises and firms into a soft bread.
  3. Remove from the microwave and allow to cool before slicing into rounds.
Cooking
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, the remaining eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it absorbs the flavors.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and cook each slice until golden brown on both sides.
