Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup fine almond flour Ensure to measure precisely for best texture.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa or additional regular
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter Butter can be used for a richer flavor.
  • 3 tbsp water or additional oil
  • 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs for a vegan touch) For flax eggs, mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water and let sit for 5 mins.
  • 2/3 cup granulated erythritol or regular sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well blended.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and smooth it down.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes on the center rack.
  2. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Serve warm with low-carb ice cream or chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 10 days or freeze for a month.
