Preparation
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add your roasted almonds and set aside.
Melting Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl or in a small saucepan, add your chocolate.
- Microwave in 30 second spurts until mostly melted; whisk together until smooth and glossy.
Combining Ingredients
- Pour the melted chocolate over the roasted almonds and mix until all the nuts are combined.
- Transfer the chocolate/almond mixture onto the lined sheet and spread out into an even layer using a rubber spatula.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before breaking up into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before serving. Tips: Use quality sugar-free chocolate for best results. Chop chocolate into even pieces for uniform melting.
