- Top each bar with a whole almond.
- Place the molds in the freezer until they harden.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and coat each bar.
- Let the bars sit at room temperature to set.
Notes
For a flavor twist, sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets. Store these bars in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for two months.
