Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt together the coconut oil, coconut flakes, and sugar substitute in a small pan over low heat.
  2. Stir until everything is combined and the coconut aroma fills the air.
  3. Pour the mixture into small, square silicone molds.
  4. Top each bar with a whole almond.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer until they harden.
  6. Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and coat each bar.
  7. Let the bars sit at room temperature to set.

Notes

For a flavor twist, sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets. Store these bars in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for two months.
