Ingredients
  

For the Brownies
  • 1 package Brownie Mix (gluten-free or regular) Plus ingredients called for in mix
  • 12 ounces 4-ounce Jelly Jars For serving
For the Topping
  • 1 package 11-ounce package Caramels Unwrapped
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks or Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Rough chopped Pecans

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Spray the jelly jars with non-stick spray and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix as directed and fill the jars halfway.
Baking
  1. Bake the jars for 25 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
  2. Cool the jars on a rack after baking.
Topping
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine caramels and heavy whipping cream, stirring until melted.
  2. Spoon the caramel mixture over the cooled brownies.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chunks, pressing them into the caramel.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or cover and store for later.

Notes

These brownies can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. They also taste great cold.
