Preparation
- Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Remove the bowl and beaters from the freezer. Add the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry Jello powder to the bowl.
- Whip on high speed using an electric mixer for 4–5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
The texture is freshest the first day. If it separates slightly, give it a gentle whisk to revive it, but avoid overwhipping. Do not freeze; it will break the whipped structure.
