Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin with a chill, letting the vanilla coconut milk frozen dessert thaw slightly—just enough that it can be molded.
  2. Shape the silky vanilla frozen dessert into a small ball and place it in the heart of the chocolate frozen dessert.
  3. Roll the chocolate frozen dessert around the vanilla ball to encase it.
  4. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and spread the crumbs on a plate.
  5. Roll the encased dessert in the crushed cookies until fully covered.
  6. Place the truffle back in the freezer to firm up.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled with sliced strawberries fanned out beside the truffle.
  2. Optionally drizzle with chocolate sauce for added flair.

Notes
