Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add in the honey, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined and creamy.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the toasted sesame seeds.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the tops with a little flaky sea salt and gently roll them in additional toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

Notes
