- Add in the honey, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the toasted sesame seeds.
Baking
- Using a cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with a little flaky sea salt and gently roll them in additional toasted sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
Notes
