Pizza Base
  • 1 unit pizza dough Can use store-bought or homemade.
Cheeses
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Use fresh ricotta for best results.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup honey Use hot honey for best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes (optional) For an extra kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the ricotta.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. Experiment with toppings like prosciutto, arugula, or figs for added flavor.
