Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
  4. Top with jimmy sprinkles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the custard is set.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
