Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Top with jimmy sprinkles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the custard is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve at room temperature with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to four days.
