Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt Can swap for dairy-free alternative.
  • 10 tsp cream cheese About 1 tsp per bite.
  • 1 egg lightly beaten Optional, for egg wash.
Toppings
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning To sprinkle on top before cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually mix in the Greek yogurt, stirring until you form a sticky dough.
  3. Dust your work surface with a bit of flour and divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each into balls.
Filling
  1. Flatten each ball and add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center.
  2. Seal up the dough and reshape them into balls.
Cooking
  1. Brush with egg wash or spritz with oil; sprinkle with Everything seasoning.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for about 5 minutes.
  3. Air fry the bagel bites for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with jam, butter, or a dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in an air fryer for best results.
