Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Milky Way bars.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Cream Cheese Layer
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
Experiment with different chocolate bars or add nuts for extra crunch. Allow cooling time for the best texture.
