Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in the yogurt and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the dish, smoothing the surface.
- Scatter the blueberries generously on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Can be served warm with yogurt or honey on top, or chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
