  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Use semisweet for a balanced flavor.
  • 10.5 ounces mini marshmallows Regular or vegan options available.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill for high heat and spray 4 sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the peel of each banana lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.
  3. Stuff chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the slit of each banana.
  4. Wrap each banana in foil and place on the grill or in the coals of a fire.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 5 minutes until chocolate and marshmallows melt.
  2. Carefully unwrap and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with options for personalization, such as chopped toasted nuts, flaky sea salt, or drizzled honey. Best eaten immediately, but leftover bananas can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
