Preparation
- Slice the apple thinly across the core, creating 6–8 slices per apple. Remove the center core with a sharp knife if desired.
- Spread apple slices generously with peanut butter.
Toasting Marshmallows
- Toast the marshmallows until golden and gooey.
Assembly
- Stack a toasted marshmallow between two peanut-butter–slathered apple slices.
Notes
These are best served warm. Separate layers with parchment in an airtight container if storing.
