- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to a large rectangle, approximately 12 by 16 inches.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and half of the grated Parmesan over the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into 1-inch segments.
- Place the rolls into a greased baking dish.
Topping
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Brush the mixture over each roll.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the rolls and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
