  • 2 pieces salmon fillets Choose fresh or thawed fillets.
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined Ensure they are fresh or properly thawed.
  • 3 tbsp butter Unsalted or salted butter can be used.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella Can substitute with other cheeses.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended.
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika For seasoning.
  • to taste Salt & pepper Adjust based on preference.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the salmon fillets with a generous pinch of salt, pepper, and a dusting of paprika.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
Baking
  1. Place the shrimp mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  2. Transfer the platter into a preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice over the top before serving and garnish with extra parsley.

Notes

Serve with fresh steamed vegetables, a light salad, or fluffy rice. Store leftovers in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to two days.
