- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
Baking
- Place the shrimp mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Transfer the platter into a preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the top before serving and garnish with extra parsley.
