  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
Garnish and Serving
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For garnish

  • 1 Creamy garlic dipping sauce On the side

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, olive oil, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let the shrimp sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
Cooking
  1. Grill or sear shrimp over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and pink.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley and extra seasoning while hot.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges and creamy dipping sauce.
