Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Spoon batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.
Baking
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are set.
- Let cool completely.
Glazing
- In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth for the glaze.
- Divide the glaze into separate bowls and tint each one dark blue, purple, and pink.
- Drop the colors back into one bowl and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Dip the tops of each brownie bite into the galaxy glaze, letting excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter and star shaped sprinkles.
- Let the glaze set for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a matte black plate to make the colors pop. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to 5 days in the refrigerator. For best results, let the glaze set at room temperature.
