Preparation
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Cover the dough with nonpareils and roll out one more time to set the sprinkles.
- Trim the rigid edges of the dough to make a perfect rectangle and then cut cookies into triangles.
Baking
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil and use long tinfoil rods to create a chip-like shape.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 7-10 minutes until lightly tan.
Serving
- Arrange warm cookie triangles on a platter around a bowl of vanilla frosting.
- Invite guests to dip, stack, and share.
