Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and 1/2 cup of Fruity PEBBLES cereal for 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed.

- Gradually fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until the dry and wet ingredients are fully united.
- Gently whisk in 1 cup of Fruity PEBBLES cereal.
Forming Cookies
- Scoop a 3 to 4 tablespoon ball of dough, flatten it, and place a marshmallow in the center.
- Envelop the marshmallow with the dough, sealing it completely.
- Roll your dough ball in the remaining 1/2 cup of cereal and place it on a baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced 3 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake on the middle rack for 8 to 11 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to peek through the cracks.
- Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a few moments before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
