Preparation
- In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and add a spoonful of the granola dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Press firmly with your fingers to make a sturdy base.
- Add a spoonful of yogurt to each cup.
- Top with berries and any leftover granola.
- Place in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours.
Serving
- Let cups thaw for 5–10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Garnish with honey, toasted coconut, or chopped pistachios if desired.
Notes
Store cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Layer with parchment paper if stacking. Thaw before serving.
