Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer upside down in the pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over the stovetop until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
- In a medium bowl, mix the thawed whipped topping and protein powder until creamy.
- Spread the whipped topping mixture over the chocolate layer evenly.
- Place the remaining graham crackers over the filling and press down lightly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of melted chocolate or mini marshmallows. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and consume within a week for best quality.
