  • 1 9 to 10 ounce tub thawed whipped topping
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25 to 30g)
  • 18 square graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer upside down in the pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over the stovetop until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the thawed whipped topping and protein powder until creamy.
  6. Spread the whipped topping mixture over the chocolate layer evenly.
  7. Place the remaining graham crackers over the filling and press down lightly.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Once set, lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of melted chocolate or mini marshmallows. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and consume within a week for best quality.
