- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Layering
- Layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Follow with half of the Cool Whip.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Freezing
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
- Serve straight from the freezer with a butter knife or a warmed scoop to slice clean, glossy wedges.
- Let each portion sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before serving.
- Offer a pinch of flaky sea salt or a few toasted marshmallows on top for contrast.
