Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring frequently.
- Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
- Scoop the yogurt mixture into each liner, filling them about halfway.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of each yogurt bite.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Freeze the bites for at least 2 hours or until solid.
Serving
- Remove from muffin tin and enjoy straight from the freezer.
- Pair with fresh fruits for extra flavor.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit for a minute at room temperature before enjoying.
