Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the brownie box instructions and spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- Mix both boxes of brownie mixes together and pour the batter into the springform pan.
- Bake according to the package instructions, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked and cooled, remove the brownie from the pan and cut into eight triangles.
Frosting Preparation
- In small bowls, mix portions of white frosting with red and green food coloring.
- Place the colored frostings into separate icing bags with frosting tips.
Decorating
- Decorate with green frosting for Christmas Tree Brownies, adding white pearls and gold stars.
- Use red and white frosting to create Santa Claus Hat Brownies.
Serving
- Serve on a beautiful platter, alongside hot cocoa or eggnog.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For variations, add peppermint extract or layer with peppermint bark.
