Preparation
  1. In a spacious bowl, merge the flour, water, and eggs, whisking until the mixture transforms into a silky, smooth batter.
  2. Gently melt the butter and add it along with the salt to enrich the mixture.
Frying
  1. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until ready.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Remove fried dough balls and let them drain on paper towels.
Coating
  1. Roll the warm dough balls in sugar to coat them.
