Chaffle Batter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Can use any favorite cheese.
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour) For gluten-free option, use almond flour.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • Butter or oil for cooking For greasing the waffle maker.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl; mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Lightly grease the waffle maker plates with butter or oil.
Cooking
  1. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and close it gently.
  2. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  3. Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
