- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the powdered sugar and whipped cream until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they start to turn golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Dust with extra powdered sugar before serving for added sweetness. Can be served with tea or coffee.
