Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted Use two sticks for easy measurement.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Can use crunchy for extra texture.
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips Optional; feel free to double for a richer flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk together until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well blended.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  2. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Serve with coffee for adults or milk for kids. For added fun, drizzle with caramel or sprinkle with sea salt.
