Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk together until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Serve with coffee for adults or milk for kids. For added fun, drizzle with caramel or sprinkle with sea salt.
