  • 3 ripe bananas Opt for super ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Add extra for a richer chocolate flavor if desired.
  • ½ cup peanut butter Can substitute with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the cocoa powder until fully combined.
  4. Add the peanut butter to the mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are set.
  2. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

Serve with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, or a scoop of coconut sorbet. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
