Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assembly
- Roll out each colored dough between sheets of parchment paper into rectangles.
- Layer the rolled doughs atop each other, then roll them tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into cookies and place each on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before decorating with sprinkles.
