Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Serving
  • Assorted crackers or bread for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape or divide it into smaller balls for mini cheese delights.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball(s) in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Serve with assorted crackers or bread for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix in sun-dried tomatoes or jalapeƱos. To simplify preparation, use a food processor. Roll the cheese ball in herbs or spices for beautiful presentation.
